Frequently asked questions
If you have made a spelling error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or is currently being processed, it cannot be changed, and refunds cannot be offered. Embroidery stitching is not reversible, so we encourage you to carefully check your order before making payment.
If your order has not yet been processed and we receive your email in time, we will be more than happy to make the necessary changes. Please email us at info@kmcraft.ie at your earliest convenience.
Processing time is 7–10 working days from when your order is received. Once your order is complete, it will be handed over to An Post. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, but please allow additional time during busy periods (e.g. Christmas).
Yes. Please ensure you include the recipient’s name, address, and Eircode in both the notes sand shipping sections. If you would like a note included in the parcel, please specify this in the notes section as well.
Shipping is a flat rate of €8. Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely in euro (€).
If your order has not yet been started, email us with your order number and “Changes” in the subject line. Once embroidery has begun or your order has been dispatched, changes and cancellations are not possible.
