These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of kmcraft.ie (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from KM Craft, a sole trader registered in Ireland (CRO number: 767487), with a registered business address at Kill, Co Kildare (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse this Website or attempt to disrupt its operation. All content, including text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of KM Craft and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

3. Products and Personalisation

KM Craft sells handmade and customised items, including soft toys, baby clothes, bibs, personalised embroidered products, Santa sacks, and related goods.
Personalised items (e.g. those including names, dates, or custom embroidery) are made to order. Please ensure that all personalisation details are correct when placing your order, as they cannot be changed once submitted.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed online through kmcraft.ie.

• Payment is processed securely via credit/debit card using Wix Payments.

• Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted.

• All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Ireland only.

• Deliveries are made by An Post or courier.

• Standard delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days from the date of order.

• A €8.00 flat-rate delivery charge applies nationwide. Delivery is free on orders over €100.

• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal or courier delays).

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Non-personalised items: You may return these within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

• Personalised/customised items: Due to their bespoke nature, these cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

• Faulty items: If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us by email within 30 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue.

• Customers must contact us by email before returning any item to obtain return instructions.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

7. Product Guarantee

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

8. Liability

While we take care to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate, colours and materials may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KM Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Acts.
