KM Craft – Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with KM Craft. We take great care in making and personalising every order, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
This Refund Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and faulty items in line with Irish consumer law.
1. Non-Personalised Items
If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must contact us by email first before sending anything back.

Please include your order number, name, and reason for return.
Once we approve your return, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
2. Personalised & Custom-Made Items
As our personalised and embroidered products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these unless:

The item is faulty,

Damaged on arrival, or

We made an error in the personalisation (e.g. incorrect spelling that differs from what was submitted at checkout).
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order — once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@kmcraft.ie with:

Photos showing the issue
We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your consumer rights.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We’ll email you to confirm receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Cancellations
Because most KM Craft products are custom-made or personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you wish to discuss an order urgently, please email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your bank or card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
