KM Craft – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KM Craft. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the processing, delivery, and shipping of your orders placed through kmcraft.ie.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to Northern Ireland at this time.

2. Processing Times
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Personalised and embroidered items are made to order, which may take the full 7-10 working days before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

If there is any delay beyond this timeframe (for example, due to high order volumes or stock shortages), we will contact you promptly by email.

3. Delivery Methods

We use An Post and courier services for all deliveries, depending on order size and destination.
A tracking number will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Charges
  • €8.00 flat-rate delivery applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Free delivery is available on orders over €100.

  • Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
Please allow up to 7-10 working days in total from the date of your order for delivery to be completed.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please check your email for dispatch and tracking details.

  • If you still have not received your parcel after 10 working days, contact us at info@kmcraft.ie with your order number, and we’ll investigate.

KM Craft is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services once the parcel has been dispatched, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
KM Craft cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional postage charges may apply to resend returned parcels.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kmcraft.ie.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).
    We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
